Which phones can read the card?
iPhone XS and newer read the card on their own. Most Android phones read it as long as NFC is turned on, which it usually is by default. Nobody needs to download an app.
Can I change where my card sends people?
With a Beam profile, you get a private link to update your profile anytime, and the card keeps working.
If your card opens your own website, you can change the website whenever you like. If you need the card to open a different address, we can reprogram it. Founders Club members get this free for life.
How long does an order take?
We give you a ready date when we confirm your design. Founders Club orders go to the front of the line.
How do shipping and pickup work?
We ship anywhere in the US for a flat $5. Pickup is free in Fairbanks and North Pole. We'll text or email you to set a time once your cards are ready.
What if I change my mind, or a card doesn't work?
You can cancel for a full refund any time before you approve your design. Every card is tested before it leaves us. If one arrives damaged or won't scan, tell us and we'll replace it.
Does the chip track anyone?
No. The chip stores one web address and nothing else. It can't see who taps it or where they are.
